Membership

Details

Membership is open to any individual with an interest in veterinary laboratory diagnostics.  Membership fees are €20 per year.

To become a member, please fill in the membership application form available as a Microsoft Word document or in Open Document Format (for word processors other than Microsoft Office) and e-mail it to the secretary (the e-mail address is printed at the top of the form). Although you can send the membership form by regular mail or fax, digital forms by e-mail are preferred!

Double-check your e-mail address before sending in your application! All communication will be done by e-mail, and if your e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to reach you!

After sending in the membership form, you will receive confirmation within six weeks. If you have had no response after six weeks, please contact the secretary. Most likely your e-mail address was either missing, or incorrect.

When you have received confirmation, please return to this page and use the Payment button below to pay the membership fee.

Membership Application Form

The form is available in two formats:

Microsoft Word format  if you use Microsoft Office.
Open Document format if you use LibreOffice, OpenOffice.org or other software that handle open formats.

Payment

It is possible to pay the membership fee online by using the Pay Now button below.

Enter the year your payment should be applied to and your membership number (or your name if you have not yet received a membership number) in the box below and press the Pay Now button.  Payments will be handled through PayPal.

Alternatively, it is possible to pay the membership fee through bank transfer to Nordea bank (Sweden).  To do so you have to transfer 20 Euro, or the corresponding amount in Swedish crowns, to Nordea Account number 52 95 54-8 account holder: EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF VETERINARY LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICIANS and use the BIC address NDEASESS and the IBAN number SE24 9500 0099 6034 0529 5548. Please include name or membership number.

Using PayPal it is possible to pay from your own PayPal account or using a credit card, and so called e-mail payment is also possible. Please follow the instructions on the web page for PayPal (www.paypal.com) and pay 20 Euros to the treasurer.

Finally, should the possibilities for payment stated above, not be sufficient, it is possible to contact the treasurer to request an invoice. However, the payment methods stated above are recommended.
